What launches when.
The founding release comes first, for the first 15 companies. Everything after it is in development. We do not put dates on work that is not finished, and founding companies hear about each release in the app before it reaches them.
November 2026: the founding release
Drawings and takeoff
- Upload plan sets. Sheets are named and numbered, and a sheet with an unchecked scale is flagged.
- Measure area, length and count on the sheet, with openings taken out of measured areas.
- A person confirms every quantity before it can be priced.
- Link a revised sheet to the one it replaces; every line measured on the old sheet is flagged.
- Share only the sheets you choose with your crews and outside people.
Estimates and bids
- Estimate lines priced from measured quantities, sub quotes or amounts you enter.
- Assemblies and price lists you import.
- Alternates, a bid summary spreadsheet and a proposal letter.
- A bid list with one opportunity per bid, follow-up tasks and reminders.
- A contact directory with each sub's insurance and compliance papers.
Money
- A budget built from the awarded bid, one line per cost code.
- Subcontracts and purchase orders against budget lines.
- Change orders that update the contract, the budget and the schedule of values together.
- Pay applications with a continuation sheet, and retainage that follows your contract terms.
- Sub and supplier bills, payments recorded, and no payment without the matching lien waiver.
- Export files your accounting software can import.
Schedule and field
- A project schedule as a Gantt chart.
- Tasks, punch list and RFIs.
- Daily logs, and photos from a phone camera on a timeline by date.
- A crew time clock with hours and a payroll export. No location, no photo, no fingerprint.
Every company
- Click any amount to see where it came from, down to the area on the drawing.
- Invite your owner to see what you share with them.
- Sign in with a password and an authenticator code. Add your team and set each person's role.

In development
No dates until each one is ready.
- Supplier quote requests, drafted for you and sent only after you approve them.
