What it does.
Every line shows its source
Price a line from a measured quantity, a sub's quote or an amount you type in. Each line shows where its number came from.
Assemblies and price lists
Import your price lists and build assemblies. One measured quantity can then price every cost line that goes with it.
Alternates
Add priced options the owner can accept or turn down. They get their own section in the bid summary and the proposal.
Bid summary spreadsheet
Export the bid summary as a spreadsheet, with the base bid and the alternates.
Proposal PDF
Send a proposal PDF with the base bid and the alternates. It is built from the estimate, so nothing is retyped.
Alternates accepted later
If the owner accepts an alternate after award, it becomes a change order at the price you bid.
