Data is encrypted as it travels between your device and BuilderSite.

Your data is kept separate

Your company's data is kept separate from every other company's data. Other companies cannot see it.

Access by role

• You add your team and choose each person's role. The role decides what they can see and change.
• People outside your company, such as clients, architects and subs, see only what you share with them.
• Sign-in takes a password and a code from your phone.

A log of every change

Every change is logged with who made it and when. A correction is added as a new entry, and the original stays on record.

People approve

• A person confirms each quantity before it is priced.
• Nothing goes to a client, sub or supplier unless a person sends it.

Your data is yours

You can export all of your company's data, including the original drawings and photos, at any time.
