Your drawings, read and measured.
It finds and measures rooms and counts tagged items. You measure the rest and confirm every quantity before it is priced.

What it does.
Rooms found for you
Each room is found and measured for you. You check it.
Legend read for you
AI reads the legend, then every tagged item is counted across the plan set.
Scale checked first
A sheet whose scale nobody has checked is flagged before anyone measures on it.
Area, length and count
Measure areas, lengths and counts on the sheet. Openings are taken out of areas, so a slab does not include its pits.
Doors counted from the drawing
Doors are counted from the door numbers on the drawing. Check the count against the door schedule.
Formulas you save
Save a formula once, such as wall board from wall length and height. Use it again on every job.
A person confirms each quantity
A quantity cannot be priced until a person confirms it. The record shows who confirmed it and when.
Revised sheets flag old work
When an addendum replaces a sheet, link the new sheet to the old one. Every line measured on the old sheet is flagged for a second look.
Share only the sheets you choose
Crews and outside people see only the sheets you share with them.
